2 x One Ounce Ice Cubes

1 Tbsp Simple Syrup

1 oz Azeo Vodka

4-5 dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters ( made with Ginger, Lemongrass, and dried Butterfly Pea Flowers by Paso Robles Preserves)

Top with your favorite soda water (about 2 ounces)

Serve with a Lemon Wedge

Drink will be intense blue color. Completely squeeze the Lemon Wedge into the drink to make it turn Pink. Cheers!
